Captains: we'll run your next event, free.

Live scoring from every player's phone. A leaderboard on the clubhouse TV. Results in the WhatsApp group the same evening. An Order of Merit that keeps itself all season. No spreadsheet on a Tuesday night.

WHAT THE SOCIETY GETS

Everything the committee used to do by hand.

Event days

Post the date, course, format and tee times. Members join in one tap. Everyone gets the start sheet in the app.

Live leaderboard

Every player scores their own card. The board updates as cards come in — on phones, and on the clubhouse screen in TV mode.

Results the same evening

A public results page for the WhatsApp group, and a results card for Instagram. Players can opt out of public pages.

Order of Merit

Classic, podium or top-five points — your choice. Worked out automatically across every event, all season.

Members and roles

Captain, committee, members. Open joining or approval. One link to invite the whole society.

Captains get Fairways+

Free, for as long as your society is running events. The 3D yardage book, the Smart Caddie and the AI coach.

WHAT IT COSTS

Nothing.

Society features are free, and they stay free for the first societies on board. Your members score, see the leaderboard and the Order of Merit on the free tier. Fairways earns from golfers who choose Fairways+ for themselves — not from your society.

HOW AN EVENT DAY WORKS

Three days before, the morning of, the same evening.

1 · Before

We create the society and the event with you, and you forward one message with the link. Players join and see their tee time.

2 · On the day

We are at the first tee to get anyone onto the app. Markers score for anyone who won't. The leaderboard runs live in the bar.

3 · After

Within the hour: results to the captain, the public page to the group, the card to Instagram. Merit points added. Next date in the diary.

YOUR NEXT EVENT

Tell us the date. We'll do the rest.

Fifteen minutes and a coffee at your club, and you'll see a live leaderboard on a phone before you decide anything.

No cost, no contract. We set the event up, meet your players at the first tee, and put the leaderboard on the clubhouse screen.
